This is my first map, sort of. I've scrapped and redesigned it several times over, learning things about the mapping process (especially optimization) along the way. Expect several months' worth of carefully designed mapping goodness, not a crude pile of unplayable garbage!


Features:

Custom-built capture-and-hold gameplay system, where there is a single CP that must be captured and then defended for a certain amount of time, instead of the usual CP map where you just have to grab several of them quickly.

Physical scoreboards located around the map that display both teams' progress towards victory.

Working elevators!

Map designed with all classes in mind. Tired of other maps clearly made by snipers, for snipers? I frequently play as ALL the classes in TF2 and I design my maps accordingly!


Still to be done:

Need to add health and ammo pickups around the map, currently these are lacking and you will need to bring a medic and set up dispensers if you want to stay away from your base for long.

Need to tweak lighting (the lighting preview in Hammer isn't 100% accurate). Currently, lighting looks a bit odd in HDR mode.
