Step one:

Choose A or B:
==============

A. Unzip to [your steam path]\team fortress classic\ (ie: c:\program files\steam\steamapps\yourname\team fortress classic\" making sure to preserve folder names.

B. Unzip to a temp folder and then move the stuff in the valve folder to the valve folder and the stuff in the tfc folder to the *gasp* tfc folder.

Note: the zip contains custom skies (only the 4 from the original valve maps) so if you have some you want to hang on to you should do option "B" and not drag the "gfx" folder over OR when your computer asks to overwrite tell it "No!" sternly.

just delete them and it will revert back to default via the gcf
